Directors shuffle meeting schedule to accommodate budget, tax hearings

Directors of the Lower Brushy Creek WCID will hold their next meeting 7:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 7 in the conference room at the Greater Taylor Chamber of Commerce. This meeting replaces both the July and August regular meetings and the agenda will include first readings of the budget and tax order.

The board will hold a Tax Rate Public Hearing 7 p.m. Wed, Sept 6 at the Taylor Public Library with a regular board meeting set for 7:30 a.m. Monday, Sept 11. The second and final readings of budget and tax order will be conducted during this meeting.

Members of the public are invited to attend all meetings.
