The Board of Directors of the Lower Brushy Creek WCID will hold a special meeting 7:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2 in the conference room of the Taylor Chamber of Commerce and via video teleconference.
Directors will discuss and possibly take action on a bid for the district’s annual maintenance contract that was awarded at the most recent meeting.
The directors had awarded the annual maintenance contract to TerraSol, LLC, who was the low bidder on the agreement, on the condition that the company secure bonding. However, the company is new and cannot yet secure a bond.
According to the agenda for the special meeting, directors will consider whether or not to remove the bonding requirement or reject all the bids and rebid the contract.
