Directors of the Lower Brushy Creek WCID will hold it’s first regular meeting of the year 7:30 a.m., Monday, Jan. 27 in the Conference Room of the Greater Taylor of Commerce.
Among the items Directors are expected to consider are possible approval of an updated Operation and Maintenance Manual, which includes language that clarifies the maintenance requirements of entry point of easements, and how and when WCID personnel and contractors are permitted access to dam property.
Separately, Directors are expected to consider an updated encroachments policy within district easements.
