Directors of the Lower Brushy Creek WCID will hold their regular monthly meeting 7:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18 in the conference room of the Greater Taylor Chamber of Commerce.

Among the items on the agenda is a proposal from the Williamson County Appraisal District to conduct an outside appraisal of the Samsung Project. In its proposal, the district noted that there are very few firms with experience appraising semiconductor plants like Samsung, and having a second opinion cold be beneficial. However, the district doesn’t have the budget to hire another appraiser. The district proposes that the additional fee of between $120,000 and $150,000 be split among the county, the City of Taylor, Taylor ISD and the WCID.

The meeting is open to the general public. You can find a copy of the Agenda and Board Packet here.
